We contacted Glass Doctor to get a door made for our shower. We scheduled a time for them to come to our home at 1pm, it was after 2pm and I called the office. They said the quote person would leave the office then. So I felt forgotten. We ordered our door and it was received in the timeframe discussed. Then we made another appointment to come install the shower door. Absolutely the best in the business.
It was so easy to set up the appointment to have my windshield replaced. The staff made sure to ask questions to make sure they were ordering the correct replacement windshield and were wonderful to work with over the phone. The technician that put in the replacement windshield was also very thorough in the pre-walk through and was very courteous and professional.
