I received a rock chip on the way to work Friday February 6th. I called Glass Doctor to see if I could get it fixed that same day. I stopped after work and they took care of me right away. Pamela Thomson was very helpful and did an awesome job repairing my rock chip. Pamela also called my insurance company and got the ball rolling for me. I had to talk to the claims representative and answer a few questions, but Pamela took care of the rest for me. I was very happy with this service. I ordered a glass door for my shower. If I had to complain about anything it would be the quoting process and only because there was a mishap with the email address so it took a week to get a quote. Other than that I am completely satisfied. Tony Mork was the specialist that came out. Very friendly, professional and clean. Thank you for all your help and quick install.
Had a BAD DAY turn out GREAT!! My windshield got damaged doing errands around town, called Glass Doctor and made an appointment with PAMELA to have my windshield changed… Want to commend "TONY MORK" for the superb customer service meeting our needs and getting our windshield replaced in a timely fashion... I called glass doctors because my windshield was cracked and I called Glassdoctors and Kyle came out and did an amazing job. He was very polite and did a great job getting my windshield replaced in a timely manor. I would recommend Kyle and Glassdoctors to anyone.
