Great service. In and out in same day.
Professional installation.
Tanner was amazing to work with! Our quote was given quickly, glass ordered, and installed the very next day when glass arrived. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them. They were also cheaper than any other glass company around!
Terrible customer service. Had to go 3 different times to pick up my simple window fix.
Highly disappointed. I took a day off of work for a "morning" appointment for new glass th o be installed in a window (50% paid upfront) and got a text message canceling the appointment at almost 11am. When we called to express frustration over this there was no concern from the company at all and they rescheduled for next Wednesday, so another day off of work and zero effort to get it done next business day. Terrible customer service. Two days in a row my appointment has been cancelled.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Was a no call no show on 1st appointment. Broke the glass on the second appointment. Customer service didn't relay messages or return phone calls. When I tried to get my deposit refunded, 6 weeks after they came out they refused. They came out on September 21 and I still have a broken window. There was also no attempt to apologize or remedy their mistakes. Horrible establishment.
