Communication with this company has been terrible! There is no key drop and they close at 5 -so no way to get your car there without going and waiting on it or asking someone else to take time off work to get you there and pick you up. Glass Doctor was SUPER helpful and efficient! I had a tree fall and smash my windshield Sunday morning, they got me scheduled to replace it today Tuesday March 8th at 8am they were done by 9:45am. Terrible customer service. And when you contact the BBB about it you’ll get a passive aggressive email back saying they weren’t unprofessional. They took my $ for a deposit but under false pretenses (apparently the guy was new and didn’t know the process, ok, whatever) so I (in the same phone call) said no, I’m not doing business like that and asked for a refund.
