Received a glass repair today on a minor crack in windshield. The professionalism, courtesy, & service from Chad Murray was spot on. He did his job quick & efficiently while being able to interact with his customers.
I had to put 1 star to be able to file a complaint.? I GIVE GLASS DOCTOR ZERO STARS. Estimator told me replacing fogged up casement window panel was due to broken seal and that was all the window needed. NOT TRUE. They manufacture them and can install it the following day with a $200. deposit for the manufacturing of the panel. $456.00 total with install. My Sienna van suffered a shattered driver side , 2nd row, tinted window. I called Glass Doctor in Matthews first thing in the morning thinking it would take several days if not weeks to have the glass ordered and installed. I want to Thank Eddie at Glass Doctor in Matthews for doing such a great job on the dividers for my salon shampoo bowls. We had to block off our middle bowl for the 6’ feet requirements, it was such a struggle not using our middle bowl. I called Eddie and told him what our struggle was. He came out with a coworker and they did some measurements, took some pictures and listened to my needs so that the dividers wouldn’t interfere with our shampooing.
