They were outstanding at taking care of our broken window in an efficient and professionally manner.
Our truck was broken into and the side window was smashed. We needed it replaced asap. These people were wonderful. Took us right away. We were met at the door with such friendly people. Made us very comfortable while we waited. They did a great job!
I recently had a bad experience with Glass Doctor. I called on 3/26 to get an estimate to replace a windshield on a 2014 VW Passat. I was quoted a price of $309 for off site and $269 if I brought it in. On 3/27 I called back and spoke to a gentleman named Caleb who confirmed an appointment for Saturday 3/28 at 8 am. Upon my arrival let me tell you, the man and woman behind the counter looked at me like I had two heads. Jim Berstein called me on a friday, came out to measure that afternoon and scheduled the install the following friday!
