My technician, Robert, did an excellent job, he was quick, professional, polite and explained things very well. If I am rating Robert I give him five stars. I gave two stars here because of the company's poor performance. They arranged a time for first thing in the morning to replace two car windows at our home. The whole family rearranged our schedules based on having two cars out of service for the morning. That morning, we received a call saying they would be out to do the windows in the afternoon. We had three windows replaced for a great price. The job was done fast and the technician was great.
Would prefer to give no stars! Evidently an estimator (fired since) gave an incorrect pricing. New pricing at $264.00 more was never sent via e-mail and now we are stuck with the price difference. Run, don't walk away from Glass Doctor!
40 years of operating retirement communities in Atlanta! The past 25 years,I've only called Glass Doctor, because from my phone call thru installation clean up and departure, they did the very best job.100% BEST OF THE BEST. Keep up the great work and I will always only call Glass Doctor!!!!!!
