My technician, Robert, did an excellent job, he was quick, professional, polite and explained things very well. If I am rating Robert I give him five stars. I gave two stars here because of the company's poor performance. They arranged a time for first thing in the morning to replace two car windows at our home. We had three windows replaced for a great price. The job was done fast and the technician was great.
Would prefer to give no stars! Evidently an estimator (fired since) gave an incorrect pricing. New pricing at $264.00 more was never sent via e-mail and now we are stuck with the price difference. Run, don't walk away from Glass Doctor!
