He did everything he was supposed to do at a reasonable price.
When we purchased our home, two of the floor to ceiling windows had to be replaced. They are quite large and we had a hard time finding anyone who could help us. Glass Doctor did a great job on the windows. They arrived exactly when they were scheduled and did a very professional job. Would not hesitate to use them again.
I recently had a bad experience with Glass Doctor. I called on 3/26 to get an estimate to replace a windshield on a 2014 VW Passat. I was quoted a price of $309 for off site and $269 if I brought it in. On 3/27 I called back and spoke to a gentleman named Caleb who confirmed an appointment for Saturday 3/28 at 8 am. Upon my arrival let me tell you, the man and woman behind the counter looked at me like I had two heads. We recently used Glass Doctor to install a frameless oversized shower. They were amazing. Jim Berstein called me on a friday, came out to measure that afternoon and scheduled the install the following friday! I had 5 windows(10 panes) add 1 set of French door glass replaced rather than replace the entire windows/doors. it was about 1/2 price of replacement windows/door plus I did not need to disturb the security sensors Hayden was very professional and carefully measured the window glass to be replaced. Only took the installer 2 hours to do it all. I can feel the difference in heat gain already and less glare. I will be doing another 5 windows in the future. Very happy with Glass Doctor.

My technician, Robert, did an excellent job, he was quick, professional, polite and explained things very well. If I am rating Robert I give him five stars. I gave two stars here because of the company's poor performance. They arranged a time for first thing in the morning to replace two car windows at our home.
