Love them. I had Southern Vacation property management for 2 years and regret not dumping them sooner. Everything is MUCH better quality with Casa. The sheets are better! The towels are better! The supplies are better! Not to mention how horrible and rude is to wirk with.
Reserved with Glass Casa twice and super happy with the company. The communication is great. The home was clean and ready for us on time. When I had an issue using the door code I was able to call and get someone on the phone quickly and they were able to get it fixed ASAP. Highly recommend and looking forward to booking with them again.
We were extremely happy with our rental from Glass Casa! The condo was beautiful and spotless, and supplied so well! The reservation process was smooth and efficient, and Susan was so very helpful in working with us to accommodate special circumstances - she went over and above!!! We would highly recommend Glass Casa!
Black mold, Red Mold, balls of hair as big as golf balls. The trash area smelled so bad that we couldn’t stand to walk out the back door to the car.
It’s pretty bad when the two couches had to have plywood cut and installed underneath the cushions while we were staying there for two months
