I had a similar experience. A piece of my shower door metalwork came off and Nelson did not show up for the appointment 2 times in a row. And he never called to say he was not coming. After that he disappeared completely - - - his business does not answer the phone or return calls. The man has ZERO integrity and seems to only care about his big business commercial clients. STAY AWAY from this contractor!!!!!!!
My landlord hired this company to install and replace my windows of my business in July 2017. Nelson finally came to install the windows and frames in August. He measured the window frame incorrectly and broke off the wood trim inside my bay window to make the frame fit! Didn’t seal the window frames which left a gap where air comes through, as well as rain and wets the waiting area. He said he’d be back in a week to finish the details and NEVER came back.
