I have nothing but amazing things to say about Glass America in North Charleston. Long story short….while dropping my kids off at VBS, I was greeted with what sounded like a shotgun blast to my back window. Low and behold, I caught a rock from a lawn mower at the church. Call after call, and Glass America was able to get me in day of as I needed my vehicle for a work trip to Atlanta in just two days. 2 stars because the guy I spoke with and reps are very nice. This company was recommended by my insurance agent but someone dropped my windshield causing a 2+ delay in getting my vehicle fixed hours before it was scheduled to be installed. Not the call someone wants to receive at 8am
Haven’t finished with windshield yet, I’m in waiting room- but my gripe is with how I’ve driven around for over an hour today first going to the azalea location which is listed on google and also on their official website. It was also where I was told to go by the person who helped me schedule my appointment- but it is closed and everyone else seems to know that besides me. This is the wrong address for Glass America the right one is 4663 Franchise st unit 104 North Charleston.. this address is for a Gerber Collision they do not install auto glass
The only reason it's 2 stars and not 1 is because of the kindness of the guys who actually fixed my windshield. And because they actually did a good job. HOWEVER... I was told I would be in and out for my appointment. After I scheduled it, I was informed that they moved locations to off of Dorchester Rd. - 20 minutes away from their original location that I made the appointment for.
