Had a horrible experience. If you need to have a windshield calibrated, they are not capable of doing it. They advertise they do, bit they are not competent enough to get it done. I waited 4 hours while they "tried" to get it done. I would never recommend these people to fix anything.
I shopped around for the best quote and these guys are it! Best prices around and they came to me! The customer service was great and very prompt!
My windshield got broken by a runaway rock and I called expecting it to be a week before I could get it replaced. Glass America made me an appointment for the next morning! Staff was wonderful with all the info I needed and followed up with a call to remind me of my appointment. My technician- Eric called me bright and early the next morning saying he would at my home in 30-45 minutes. He really meant it! He was on time and got the job done.
