My son had taken his car here and was satisfied. so when a rock hit my windshield on the 15 I called around and got quotes and this shop was the best price...and I knew their service was good...I can not recall the serviceman name but he was polite and did a great job..I went into the actual shop and waited..he said it would be about 2 hrs..so I just settled in to a chair near a plug for my phone charger ..the have a very clean bathroom to use for guests and the wait room was clean and spotless.they had coffee and the girl a... read more
I had a great experience with Glass America. With one call, my claim was submitted and I was scheduled for the very next day. The tech gave me a call in the morning to confirm the time he would come out and arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. The appointment took about an hour and a half. An hour later after curing I was on my way with a truck that was back to prior condition. I would definitely recommend their VIP service.
I’m so annoyed with this company. I set up an appointment and turn around to leave to be told to go to the dealer to reset a code. When I go to the dealer, I’m laughed at and told to find another windshield company that will change the windshield and if the calibration fails, then go to the dealer. Tried to reschedule even with this class company and they wouldn’t. Don’t recommend
