I had a fantastic experience with Glass America! I live in Reading and scheduled a windshield replacement for my 2005 Silverado through their online form on a Saturday, requesting service for Monday. Ramses, the technician from their Woburn location, messaged me just before 8 a.m. to let me know he was coming. The technician was a great down to earth person. Had a great conversation about every day life and some laughs. I thought he was very professional and did a great instalation of the windshield.
Booked a reservation last thursday with a nice woman. I guess she got my number wrong and when the Tech came this morning he called the wrong number. After waiting hours past schedule I call again only to be told that the dent on my roof makes the windshield unrepairable. As you can plainly see the gasket is hardly pushed in and the dent is minor. Taking my business elsewhere & not recommending this company to anyone.
The technicians are creepy and completely inappropriate. After I left, the technician who worked on my car texted me very inappropriate things. If someone cannot handle working on a woman’s car without commenting on their bodies after, they should not have a job in the public.
