This place is awesome! The staff was great...in and out in about 30 minutes!!
The staff here is just the best, they're always prompt, efficient, and friendly. I bought a pair of plastic framed glasses that ended up sliding all over my face, giving me headaches, and my eyelashes kept hitting the lenses, I came back 4 or 5 times to get them adjusted; Ultimately they just didn't work out for me, but the staff never got frustrated with me, even when I was frustrated. I scheduled an appointment online and when I got there, I was greeted promptly, and after filling out a little bit of paperwork, was ushered in to the exam. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. The doctor was great, professional and personable, (Dr. Pavell) and didn't feel the least bit rushed. The post exam frame selection was just as good. No high pressure up-sell. I knew what I wanted and wasn't interested in premium services and there wasn't a bit of pressure to do so. I picked up my glasses they arrived early which was nice tho they didn't have me try them on or adjust them in any way just handed them to me my sun glasses where in the wrong frames so a worker popped out the lenses and put them in another frame which was fine and the eye glass case where the cheapest possible & I didn't receive a copy of my prescription this was my visit & I would return staff was very helpful & kind
Love this place. Got another 3 years with them!!! Josh, Morgan, Jess and the Dr. are amazingly amazing!!! Lots of love. Will remain with America's best!!������
They where ALL amazing and helpful with my daughter getting contact's for the first time! Highly recommend this place my husband and I have been going here for over 5 years�
