The staff was friendly and helpful. Didn’t wait long, was not rushed from each area. Had a very pleasant experience. Marcus the eye technician was awesome with my stepson and the doctor was too.

My daughter and I went to America's Best in Colonie because we wanted to save some money with their special of 2 pairs of glasses for $69.95. Anyways, the people were pleasant enough. The problem we have is that my daughter's 2 pairs of glasses ended up costing just over $200 and my 1 pair and vision club membership was over $300. That's ridiculous and...hello...well over $69.95!! This place is unbelievable. The staff was not attentive and never gave their full attention even when you were speaking to them. If attention was given when I needed it, maybe they wouldn't have screwed up my exam as terribly as they did. I'm not sure the amazing prices make up for the lack of organization and courtesy the staff has. I never leave reviews, good or bad. However, this is a medical office and I left there terribly unhappy twice. ����������

The doc was great and so were the people that work there,, but I didn't like that I have to wait 2 weeks for my free trials to try on and see how they work for me before ordering. The location sucks lol and the parking is an issue. Other than that this will be the one I return to. It's the closest location to me. I don't live in Albany I live upstate, past Amsterdam upstate. So I, for my benefit will return to this place.
