I schedule an exam to change to contact lenses a month ago. Went for my appointment and they tell me it was cancelled amd I should have recieved and email or text. Nope! Never received anything...why would I be standing in line for my appt? They offer to reachedule me another month out!!! Total bull crap! As I am walking to my car super pissed off I get a "reminder text" for that days appointment. Total joke!!!! You have lost me as a customer.
RecommendedCustomer service and eye doc were great! Very disappointed in the selection of eyewear. Please redo your floor inventory.
To prospective customers: just go somewhere else. To the Manager : y'all know people need glasses to see right? They said 5-7 business days, its been 5 weeks. Two/three weeks ago they sent the glasses to the wrong address several states over. They said they'd have to reorder. Today we call because still no glasses. They have to check the back. Got put on hold for 30+ minutes - they forgot - so call back. Manager says she can refund half the order (the glasses) but still have to pay for the eye exam because I'm not getting gl... read more

It’s impossible to come here and have a decent experience. Most of the people who work here are extremely rude, they look miserable and they sure do let you know about it.
my husband's appointment was for 12:50 we never got out of there till 2:30. one of the ladies sent 4 people to lunch at one time when the place was very busy. poor customer service in my eyes. and that 2 pair for $69.99 was actually $154.00.
From the time we walked in till the time we left everyone was so very helpful! Great service! My granddaughter even told the Doctor how great he smelled! We will be very much so be returning! Thank you Ms Bailey
I had a diabetic eye exam, (had to pay a little more for that, but I needed it). The staff are friendly as well as helpful, the doctor was very nice and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs quality glasses & exam that’s not out to break your bank account.
