I cant say enough good things about GA. great quality glass. Awesome juicy colors and an amazing staff who is always ready to help you to the best of their ability
I had an excellent experience with glass alchemy. Recently Was my first time ordering directly from them. Usually I use UPS but since not available I used fedex. Long story short the fedex office closest to my house isn't the best. I couldn't get anywhere with them, at that point I emailed GA. They were more than helpful and reasurred me if I were to make any future orders, which I will. Not only that but the response Was very quick and thorough. Thanks again for y'alls help last week.
Honestly been in the game for 2.5 years have about 50 pounds of color and glass alchemy makes up more than half! And they keep getting better, the latest batches of colors such as Terps works like a dream!
This company is awesome. I have only had great experiences with the product and also with the amazing people who run this company. Thanks for everything that you all do for our glass community.
Their new business plan makes it hard to get color quickly without using distributors. However they have great customer service and great product
