Glascow came and installed my unit 6 years ago and working with them has been top tier. Jeremy came by and did my inspection and he was amazing and honest. No overselling and no promises that couldnt be fulfilled. Job well done and awesome customer service. Thanks to the entire team, Alicia as well, for always making this a great experience.
Was told we had ten yr warranty on parts and we do not every thing they did is not what we asked for had to argue about where the thermostat was installed the work was sub par go some where else to have a new unit installed
Excellent service!! They are awesome!! Called that morning with air not turning on. James was there in a few hours. Problem fixed. Communication was great!!
