I recently relocated from SF and moved out of 30 Dore St, and I must commend the staff for their outstanding work. The team makes sure the building is not only well-maintained but also clean. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the tidy and welcoming environment. The staff is attentive, ready to assist with any needs. A well-managed building with a dedicated team, Highly recommended!
I had to move out in the middle of my lease due to a Domestic Violence incident and they refuse to give me my deposit. Justine, the building manager completely ignores my calls and texts and refuses to give me any information. I do not recommend living here at all. My car was stolen from the "secure garage" and it took days to get ahold of anyone from the building. The apartment themselves are beautiful but the management will steal your money. The apartments are gorgeous. The neighborhood is sketchy. The management is scary. I had an experience where two handy-men let themselves into my apartment balcony door to paint while I was asleep naked. Yes, I know they were just there to paint, but the emotional scare that caused me in that moment and for many days and weeks later. I could not feel safe in my own home.
