Exercise caution when considering returns with this company. I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience that has compelled me to share my story, despite my usual reluctance to leave negative reviews. I went there today to look for a adult scooter. I needed one which also gives me stability. At first I was thinking about a 3 wheel scooter. But they did not had one. I was almost on the way out, Iris the owner Very nice lady showed me a two wheel scooter telling me that customers felt stable because the floor board is low and you can have your feet out when feeling unstable.
