Trust the last 2 reviews and DO NOT BUY from this company. I have been working with their customer service for several months trying to get resolution on an e-scooter that never worked. I sent back the original bike and the replacement they sent me has been used and they did not send a charger despite me returning the original one. Incredibly frustrating experience and now I have a hunk of junk on my hands that doesn’t even work!!!!!
Pretty disappointed with the customer service from this company. My wife earned a glare EB as a perk from her job, but the battery didn’t work, after weeks of poor communication we were able to return and they sent us a bike that was very clearly dinged up from previous usage and didn’t include the battery in packaging.
Exercise caution when considering returns with this company. I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience that has compelled me to share my story, despite my usual reluctance to leave negative reviews. Losing $600 is a significant hit, and I feel I was misled during my purchase of a set of snow tracks, under the impression that the scooter was included.
