The staff is very kind. But my nails look terrible. I got acrylics done and they look so bad it makes me want to cry. They are too thick, they are not all the same length, crooked, and the paint job is horrendous. I asked for a simple set of nails. The only design I asked for was polka dots. Sadly none of the polka dots are the same size.

LESS THAN ☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Absolutely unacceptable and unsafe experience. I was cut multiple times and burned during a single appointment due to aggressive and careless work. The technician sliced my finger with a file, burned my skin with the drill, and then cut me again- she tried saying “dry skin”. These were not minor issues, they were painful, visible injuries that are still irritated days later. I haven't had a pedicure probably in 7 yrs. The wait time was a little long, but there were 3 people working and 3 ahead of me. So no problem. Just bad timing. But I enjoyed the pedicure and it felt great. I live out of state so it's hard for me to get an appointment with anyone in the area. But I will definitely be coming back here. I was treated very well.
