Worst experience I've ever had having a full in. The acrylic was on my natural nail and instead ofiling it closer down they decided to take the acrylic off by using an extra nail tip to slide in and take them off. Kept getting hit on my skin with the drill. Then charged me $20 to take the acrylic (that I didn't want off) off and they are so short you can see my skin when you look straight at your hand. My daughter had a 50 gift certificate from my friend and went for a pedicure and took her little sister. She still paid 125 for pedicures which was ridiculous. They probably just needed a polish change. There are never enough people and you have to wait forever. I had been going for years because I liked the lady that ran it but after they did that to my daughter I will not be back.
The worst manicure and pedicure that I’ve ever had! Nail polish came off my toes the same night! I waited over an hour for my pedicure, and it was literally over in 15 minutes! I’ll never go back!
The staff is very kind. But my nails look terrible. I got acrylics done and they look so bad it makes me want to cry. They are too thick, they are not all the same length, crooked, and the paint job is horrendous. I asked for a simple set of nails. The only design I asked for was polka dots. Sadly none of the polka dots are the same size.
