Horrible! Unbelievable! Disrespectful! Shocking! My Mom, who is 85 w/dementia, received a call soliciting this vendor's services. Without my knowledge, she set up an appointment to have the windows cleaned. The problem is, as I explained to them when they arrived to do the work, that she is unable to handle business of any kind. After explaining and apologizing to the gentleman who came, he understood and kindly left, HOWEVER the MANAGER later called demanding that I pay a $30 cancellation fee for having them come out. A female representative just called my work number - when I asked to be removed from her call list she called me a "stupid, ******* *****." Never in my life have I experienced such an ignorant, angry, and rude "customer service" representative. Any owner who employs such a person must be desperate or trying to go bankrupt. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
