The solicited gutter cleaning from me, and I agreed because they had previously rendered service. Called on my phone to solicit their services. We needed windows washed, I stayed on the telephone line and they came on to explain what they did, they asked how many windows, etc. and quoted a price of $145. Set an appointment date for Friday, May 31st. Called me Thursday saying they couldn't come Friday, could they come Tues. morning about 9. (My cleaning lady comes that day, I had to cancel her) I said fine, then proceeded to move furniture so they would have easy access. Tuesday came and they never called, never showed up... read more

Repeated robocalls from Glamour Services: "window washing, great specials, will be in your area." I have repeatedly notified them of my "do not call" status, but they keep calling anyway. Repeat "do not call" violator! FTC needs to shut these people down!

This business is a complete SCAM. Charged $130 to clean my gutters and never did the work. In addition, on the same day I was charged on my credit card, there was a fraudulent charge for $130 at a tire shop in the same town.......HMMMMMM. Do not use this business!

I contacted this company to clean only ONE gutter of my house. They came out and went up on the roof and were done in approximately 5 minutes. I was surprised at how quick they were done. One of the workers told me "there really wasn't anything up there". I paid them and they left. I checked my yard where they had put up the ladder. There was no debris on the lawn. The workers had no bag of debris with them when they left, just coffee and a ladder. The next day had rain water pouring over my gutters again, which is why I hir... read more

Add me to the list of receiving a robocall from this company, and it's not the 1st time, either. (Memorable is how the call starts: "Thank goodness for voice mail...") Now, when I read other reviews and complaints, I truly wonder how BBB gives this company an A- rating. I read this company's responses to complaints. I must say that I'm quite proud of myself for getting up on a 25ft ladder and overcoming my fear of heights just to check on the "work" of "Glamour Services" from West Chicago. Believe me, I didn't want to! I suspected that this gutter cleaning service company had ripped me off last year when I hired them when I saw water cascading over my gutters a week later after they supposedly serviced them.
