The owner, Sandy, does a pretty good job on my two cocker spaniels but for the last two times of grooming when I go to pick them up she tells me in her broken English that she has to charge more for matting or she used an oatmeal shampoo on them, or they take a long time to groom, etc - then she tacks on an extra $20 to $30 on top of the agreed upon price. She also shaved my little girl cocker so close that she had shave burn on her tummy and was running a fever the next day.
Sandy has been grooming my dog Bertrum for the last 4 years. She has been excellent with keeping him trimmed and looking nice. We will truly miss her when she closes her shop to move to El Paso.
