My rating is based on the customer service. I have used Glamour Paws before for mobile dog grooming. My first experience was great. This second time they did a good job grooming my yorkie. However, the groomer was running late. I only found out because I contacted her to make sure we were still on for the 4:00 appointment. She told me she would be 35 minutes late & I had a very tight schedule that day. With that being said I was still charged the $20 fee for coming to Mansfield even though she was very late. Unfortunately with the mobile unit we do sometimes run behind because of traffic and things but they definitely should have contacted you prior to your appointment time to let you know. I do apologize for this and I will credit your account for the trip fee and not charge you for the trip fee the next time as well. Again I'm very sorry and hope you give us another chance
