I got my nails done by the actual the tech was very funny friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole visit ! A lady did my design and I was impressed how she took what I wanted and made it her own and to where I liked it as well!!

Glamour Nails is dirty and their customer service is of poor quality. I went to Glamour for a pedicure. The owner walked me to the back and had me sit in a pedicure station. He did not turn the water on. In other nail salons I have went to, if there was going to be a wait, they would soak your feet, turn on a massage chair, and offer you a bottle of water. The female manager is extremely rude to customers. She always has a scouling face. I have been going there for nearly a year and use the same nail technician Hanna (she's good). The manager denied me service on 31 Dec 2011 because I asked her why she is always so rude. I asked her that because when I went in on this day, I greeted her with a good morning.
