My nails chipped the same day I got them done. I called to get them to fix them they told me to call the morning I was going to come in I said no I want a time slot now. When I went in they told me to find the colour of my nails but I couldn’t find it so they told me they would try and match it I said no again. I booked a soak-off for my acrylics — not whatever painful, unprofessional mess I ended up getting. The second I sat down, they tried to rip my nails off using a plastic nail tip. I told them it hurt, and instead of stopping or explaining, they told me to “sit still” like I was being dramatic. I asked why they weren’t doing the proper soak-off with acetone and filing, and they straight up ignored me. I was given a gift card to use at this salon. Although Vanessa was lovely, I was told that it is their policy not to offer a regular manicure, only shellac. I tried shellac in the past at another salon and did not like it, so I am disappointed that I will not be able to return because I cannot receive the services I want. Unfortunate because the salon is so close to my home. I was also disturbed by the subtitles on the television. Quite offensive language. V
