Made an appointment and the lady wasn’t there when I arrived for my appt. Another hairdresser called her and she said 15 minutes I waited the 15 plus an extra 15 minutes she never showed up. I had a nail appointment after so I couldn’t wait any longer very disappointed in the customer service I had to make the trip from across town only waisted my time and gas.
