I now realize why they have a zero return policy. Paid $398 for a Sherri Hill dress. Went during the day and while tending to work matters on my phone the ladies helped my daughter find a dress. Fast forward to tonight, we are doing a full outfit run through and while zipping it up at home I notice the quality is absolutely terrible and the clasp already broken.
