The best experience ever
Initially I would have given a 5 star; however, my daughter purchased this dress while traveling in August. I totally understand all sales are final; however, my daughters homecoming wasn’t til September - she put on the dress was getting ready and the zipper malfunctioned (opened up even though zipped ). I took pictures , sent pictures of her schools calendar and a link to her school to show the calendar . I would think that spending almost $400 on a dress that she couldn’t wear - the store would do something for refund. So... read more
