This place is dirty and unsanitary. I can only imagine the tools they use. 1st and last time there.
Thea is great but the owners that she works for lack in customer service, scheduling and the way they treat their customers. Thea stated she couldn’t do my nails anymore or didn’t want to work with me because her boss indicated that she spends to much time with me.. well what is customer service when someone is paying you. When I visit my in laws I make sure to always stop by and get my nail looking amazing!!! Love the environment and the techs and employees!!! They make a women feel welcome!!!!
Natalie is amazing! Her shape is always perfect. I take her photos and videos of nails I find online and she makes it happen. My entire family gets their nails done with her and we are all extremely picky.
