Both my daughter's doctor and mine are very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, the office staff has not been able to keep up with basic administrative tasks such as sending prescriptions, blood work requests, understanding and providing timely assistance. It's disappointing to see an otherwise excellent medical practice suffer because of poor office support. I hope management addresses these issues, as the doctors deserve a staff that matches the quality of care they provide.
I had no wait time. The office was clean and welcoming. The NP was thorough, informative and kind. Highly recommended for your annual skin check.
Dr. Mack is an excellent dermatologist. She is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in treating patients. I have been in her care since 2013 and she’s handled a range of skincare issues for me over the years. I highly recommend her and the GlamDerm staff.
