Good service and clean
I really wanted this place to work since I live across the street from them. The services towards me always feel rushed and the work is lazy. I gave them several chances and some how they always make me feel so uncomfortable. My last visit I had 20 points and they only allowed me to use 10 points that day. Today I wanted to redeem my other 10 points and the lady looked disgusted with me as if I was lying to her and said you only have 6. I really wanted it to work since they are close to my house. I booked 9am appointment during the weekend but when i arrived they looked surprised and I felt like not happy for that early appointment. Through the service the lady that was doing my nails kept talking to another technician working next to her and looking at me. I felt uncomfortable. I just didn’t feel welcome there, not sure why since it was not my first time there. Anyway Im not coming back.
The girl stopped doing my pedicure, because her appointment arrived 10 minutes late, and did not even bother to finish removing the old polish I had on.
