I normally do do bad reviews, especially for this place that I have been going to for yrs, but this last time I received horrible service, I would give them zero stars. This salon used to be great, but lately the nail techs have been rude, they give attitude when I ask them to fix their sloppy work. They start talking mess about the customers in their language thinking we don’t understand what they are saying. The last two times I have been there they have literally injured my feet; I will never go back. .
Good service and clean
I really wanted this place to work since I live across the street from them. The services towards me always feel rushed and the work is lazy. I gave them several chances and some how they always make me feel so uncomfortable. My last visit I had 20 points and they only allowed me to use 10 points that day. Today I wanted to redeem my other 10 points and the lady looked disgusted with me as if I was lying to her and said you only have 6.
