My first time visiting this spa today and I will not be going back. I was the first customer this morning, which was good. They weren't busy. I had a mani/ped done. There were 2 nicked spots on 2 of my nails that the tech "should" have noticed and fixed b4 completing my nails. I noticed one and pointed out to her, but it would have taken longer to fix and I had another appointment to get to. The person doing the pedicure dug too deep to get the ingrown and it was bleeding. They do the best thing. They don’t overcharge or charge extra for any of my requests. I visit every month. Always treat me with kindness and respect.
Although they were busy I received the best and a quality service. The tech took her time and made sure I was satisfied with the finished product. I will be a returning customer.
