Waited to day before to cancel appointment. Unfortunately I didn't get any text messages or phone calls from this company. In which I have proof, unless she was calling the wrong number. The emails I did receive did not have an area to confirm the appointment, or any information on how to do so. I can easily show proof of that too. called and left a message to see what had happened, prior to this post I have proof of that. I hold no hard feelings towards her. She probably does do great work.
Amazing service and Katrina is a delight.
Katrina is by far the best waxer that I've ever met! She is professional and punctual! Her services are 12/10! I've moved to Florida and still to this day have not found someone that does my service even close to how Katrina does. Love her dearly! She does a fabulous job!
