Stop selling fake hair! This hair is not as real, raw, and unprocessed as they advertise. This is just really good floor hair. They mention the hair can be dyed and highlighted eh no because why is the hair LITERALLY melting!?! My stylist couldn’t even finish because the hair was basically ruined while just dyeing it and we had to buy from someone else for my appointment which leaves me out $1000 since they don’t do refunds or exchanges. Pathetic
Terrible service! I definitely would not recommend. Let me remind you that this hair is expensive. I placed my order with this company due to one of friends told me that she purchased from them and the hair was nice. I received a confirmation that my hair was ready for pickup. There business hours is listed on the website. I recently took the plunge and purchased bundles from the Hair Company and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Initially I was a bit skeptical due to the hefty price tag but I was determined to get the look I wanted for an event the following day. After I placed my order, I expected the bundles to arrive in 5-7 business days, not taking into account the fact that Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days.
