I wish I could give this company zero stars. I purchased hair from them on January 20, 2023 and I never got it. They played games and kept lying to me saying that it was coming. I reached out numerous times asking for tracking info from the owner Evan. She never provided it after she said I would receive it. The final straw on February 11, 2023 the owner Evan stated she already sent the package to me and that I should have received my tracking info. Said she would check on it...never heard back. I will say it again and again. This is the best hair I've ever had! I love this company! I have never had any problems, because the company is so professional. I will always use this company for my hair purchases. The hair is soft and silky and beautiful! This is my fourth install with this hair. I continue to buy more hair to keep it looking full.
