I ordered the Claude Hat from Gladys Tamez Millinery, but I received the Clement Hat instead, which is a less expensive model. I am very disappointed by this mistake. On top of that, the hat I received is slightly deformed, as you can see in the pictures — this is how it arrived. I can’t believe this is what I received for the price I paid!
Gladys Tamez is an absolute gem. I visited her millinery in Los Angeles on a Monday, hoping she could create a hat for my wedding that Friday. Not only did I have an incredibly delightful shopping experience, but the hat she crafted from scratch became the highlight of my bridal ensemble, perfectly tying everything together. I felt so chic and received countless compliments. I can't wait to add more of her creations to my collection.
