The hat I received looks nothing like the hat shown in pics. I paid for 2 day shipping but it took over 2 weeks. They are selling knock offs “hand made” as it may be its very shady.
I came back to Los Angeles and visited my favorite hat maker at the new location in the Row DTLA. I had an excellent experience, and the customer service was outstanding. Gladys herself helped me to design a new hat and made me feel so special! I truly recommend going to visit the new location, with free parking and the best restaurants!
I needed a cowgirl hat repaired to be made smaller for an event tonight, and I came in and Gladys herself helped me right away. I was in and out of there in three minutes. Amazing customer service, convenient free front row parking, clean and safe area. #celebrityhatmaker #hollywoodmaker
Terrible customer service. Ordered two hats in 2024, returned one for sizing and never heard from them again despite multiple emails and calls.
