Gladys Bikes is my favorite bike shop in town! I am new to bike commuting and often feel intimidated in bike shops, but the staff at Gladys made me feel very welcome and explained everything I needed to know. After ordering a part that arrived in about a week, I dropped my bike off and they fixed it up in just a few hours! Now it rides like a dream
My first visit! Brought in an old road bike a friend gave me. Both employees were super friendly and helpful. I was sized for the bike, given a free estimate on possible services which at this time weren’t needed, had an old wired computer removed and a wireless one installed, bought an inexpensive bike lock, and will be happily returning in early Spring to have the old pedals removed and replaced after I stop by REI to also purchase my first pair of clip in bike shoes.
