Mike always works with us. Never had an issue with getting a storage unit. No matter the length of time. Reasonable rates and units are clean and dry. Keeps the area clean outside and snow removed pretty regular. There are more and more weeds coming up but they eventually get them. Ive had numerous units and rv spots and have always received my deposit back promptly and he always returns my calls. Would highly recommend. Not to mention it is gated for extra deterance.
We have been renting a space from here since 2020 & I have absolutely NOTHING bad to say. The owner is polite and courteous at all times. He will go out of his way to help or accommodate his customers. On location, it's great because Gladstone/ Escanaba does not even get a quarter amount of snow as us. He has had customers call him out of concern about the weight of snow.
