This is the second time in two months I’ve attempted to schedule an appointment with Gladstone Wellness and Psychiatry, and both times the process has taken over 15 minutes—just to start scheduling. That’s unacceptable. Today, I was on the phone with a front desk representative who spent a significant amount of time entering my insurance information into my chart, which I assume is meant to save time later—but it didn’t. Im never one to complain but my experience at this office has not been good. Needed paper work filled out for my sons school and waited days to hear back and nothing. When I called days later I was told I needed another appointment to fill out the form even though my son just had an appointment a week before. At the appointment I was told by the doctor that she's to overwhelmed by patients to fill it out outside an appointment time, which I find totally inappropriate to say. Scheduled this appointment and was told the provider could give me a diagnosis. Finished the session by not being able to diagnose me and referred me back to my PCP and to a testing center. The provider was very unprofessional and showed a clear bias that just because I was a college student I was seeking medication, even though three people in my immediate family have ADHD. Thought I was drug seeking by asking if I had taken my sister's Adderall. Very unhelpful, would've saved me time and money had they told me they can't d... read more
