my practitioner was 20 mins late with no explanation. during the appointment, she was cold and disengaged, looked at her computer the whole time, and did not ask about my symptoms in depth. she dismissed a previous adhd diagnosis and prescribed an antidepressant. then she forgot to send the prescription to the pharmacy, and sent it only a week later after i cancelled my follow up appointment.
