No insulation in between floors. You can hear every footstep and every moan. Parking is terrible unless you want to pay for extra parking spots. Paint on the inside always bleeds if there is any moisture in your unit. Laundry is 1.50 to wash and another 1.50 to dry. Apartments are cheaply put together. Only thing this place has going for it is the location.
