I had the pleasure of visiting Gladstone Clinic in Manteca and I can't say enough great things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel at ease right away. They were quick to get me settled and answered all my questions with care and attention. Wait time is horrible, got there on time but had to wait 20 min past my scheduled appointment. I was also scheduled with the specialist, waited 3 weeks until the next available appointment only to get a call stating that I needed to reschedule. Not planning on returning.
Went to this dermatologist because of all the glowing reviews and will not be back. Not sure if this clinic does not specialize in acne but it is a listed concern they claim to help with. Had a few appointments over 6 months. Tried different products and most were very expensive. ($700 for one medication) It has been months with only using extremely sensitive skin products and discarding everything I was prescribed and my skin has still not recovered from the treatments recommended by this clinic.
I've been a patient and am completely satisfied with all the treatments I have received. As a former real estate broker, I know what it's like to run a business and I have pulled the doctor aside regarding MARIA at the front desk and her rudeness towards me when I had to correct the insurance she insisted I had which was wrong causing me to receive bills. Other than her, my experience has been terrific! 5 stars is for the doctor and the rest of the staff. Maria would receive no stars.
