My beautiful wife and I got married 2 months ago and I'm finally putting this together. We had my grandmothers funeral today. Gladrich Florist were so helpful and their service was exceptional. Flowers came right on time. My family loves them. Thank you for your excellent service especially during our family’s difficult time.
20 out of 5 stars. Mother’s Day arrangement was beautiful, but unfortunately the customer service was incredibly disappointing. I was a first-time, long-distance customer, with most of my family residing in Port Charlotte. Very disappointed in the value and service of this florist. I called six days in advance of when I wanted the delivery (I called on 5/2 for an 5/8 delivery) and spent $120 on this arrangement +$20 for delivery. The arrangement base stem was supposed to be a sunflower with the orange flowers added as a filler (Which I had to pay to special order).
