After weeks of tests and a horrible diagnosis, we had to make the hard decision to lay our beloved Frankie to rest. The doctors and caregivers at Glade Valley Animal Hospital were very wonderful throughout this difficult process. Several days after we lost our Frankie, we received a sympathy card in the mail with hand-written notes from each doctor who treated him and the signature of every single employee. Marshmellow, our Maltese mix girl was long and shaggy before her trim and is now adjusting to being a lean girl again. Her care was excellent and all showed her care and compassion for her cares. Now we are ready for a fun summer.
All of our Labrador Retrievers have been cared for by Glade Valley veterinarians and staff for over 30 years! We have had 3 labs loved and cared for by Dr. Head and others! They are always sincere and provide such great care! We have our 4th Labrador now and we are grateful for continued awesome care!
This is the best practice hands down! You will not be disappointed!
I love the fine folks at Glade Valley and trust all of them 1000% with the care of my animals. They were there for me when I made the difficult decision about Bailey - and they are now taking the most excellent care of my little spitfire, Charlie. :)
