At first this management company seemed decent but when it came to an issue of our family being in an unhealthy and unsafe environment they did not handle the situation well. We rented a duplex from them, shared a wall with our neighbor in the duplex next door. Our neighbor smoked Marijuana, an illegal substance in the state of Texas. The management company said they "understand our frustration but couldn't do anything because she pays rent" but it's more than frustration.
