This doctor was rude and didn't care about me at all. I am in my twenties and he seemed to dismiss my heart condition. He said everything is fine, but since my insurance insisted on me getting a heart monitor, he would provide me with one. I switched doctors because I did not feel comfortable with him or his practice. I went to see another doctor in town who actually cared and did his job. I was diagnosised with a heart condition, which Dr. Gladding dismissed after less than thirty minutes based on my age and health.

This doctor was unprofessional and rude. I went to see him for a simple general physical and the entire time I kept hearing how he "didn't do physicals" despite the fact that his staff said that he did do them. I work as an EMT, so I get exposed to various blood-born diseases. I wanted to get blood drawn for those tests, but since he said that I get exposed to a lesser extent than him, why would I need one? Dr. Gladdings office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
