They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.

I found Dr Gladding not so much rude, instead he was a straight shooter. I like that in a doctor; don't sugar coat it, I can take it. I had four blockages in my heart, Dr Gladding could only repair three as the fourth was too small. A stint was put into the "Widow Maker." He told me that I could count on a "couple" of heart attacks in my life because of the fourth one. I told him; "Well, at least I have something to look forward to." Keep telling it like it is, doc.
Dr. Gladding was RUDE and dismissive. I felt very uncomfortable They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is friendly. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.
