This is good as they have boxed water and I hate to use plastic.
Subpar experience. I really wanted it to work out, since boxed water seems like such a win over hard plastic jugs, but customer service has been mediocre, claiming "we use contractors" as an excuse for being ignored by the person who's the on-the-ground contact for deliveries and follow-up. The required "adapter" that allows for box hook-up to our bottom-loading cooler is not as easy to use as it should be. Gladden Water!!! If your are looking for a water delivery service, this is the one. They don’t use plastic bottles, so that means no possibility of plastic in your water! Refills come in recyclable boxes that are rectangular and stackable, saving a ton of room in the pantry! Refill boxes are also hidden inside the unit and extremely easy to change out! Excellent, fast service! Highly recommended!!

They have gone from a 3-star company to 1-star at best. I pay $100 a month for water and receive sub-par customer service at best. They are exceptionally rude in their text messages, the only way to reach them, and I am still not certain they have not over charged me on my bill. This is my last month with them and I am switching to Sparkletts. It is sad to see a local company treat their customers so bad and with such discontent.
