Patrick Stockton is the best. He knows exactly what he's talking about and is so approachable and professional. I have to replace every window in a new home we bought and he patiently took me through all of the different options and what was the best decision long term. He talked through different concerns with climate and moisture erosion on materials, glass color caused by coatings and iron (literally walked me outside with samples to show me in real daylight and I immediately made a decision). Purchased 2 Loewen windows. They are beautiful in the space. I'm very happy with my purchase.
To bad they don’t sale comercial windows when I see there websites an I see windows in a building what is that then
They did not honor warranty or past contract guarantees citing off book installers and secondary salespeople. Very dishonest And maliciously misleading.
Patrick and and the Glacier Window team are professionals in everything they offer. I am grateful I found them. I bought Loewen windows and doors and could not be happier. They helped me select the correct windows and went outside the norm in customer service and delivery.
