I been at this storage unit since 2017 when it was called Cobalt Storage before it was transitioning to Glacier West Self Storage and seen all the changes with management. All of them were wonderful and I had a wonderful experience. I love the introduction to the new manager but as of right now there isn't one or whatever. The current people just stated no comment to what is going on or why the previous manger left. Rochelle is awesome! She is friendly and helpful. Rochelle helped us remove a damaged lock that just wasn’t going to come off. Thanks for being there and ready to assist!
Rachelle was great got me squared away quickly and the units are nice and clean.
