I have rented two units at two different times with two different people and both experienced were totally great. Each person was kind and made me feel comfortable and handled our business quickly and efficiently. I would refer Glacier West to anyone.
Even though they were training a new employee it was a breeze walking in there and getting a new unit that same day. I came in with my 8 year old son and the female in the office was super friendly and interactive with him while I filled out paperwork. Over all a great business and super friendly!

Absolutely love how easy the process was to get my things into a unit. Allie was really helpful and cool. We took a tour to see which unit would work for me before we did the paper work. The unit and area are very clean. I am glad I made a great choice by choosing here.
