Very poor scamming listing agent on the Sundance Ranch. The owner had signed a counter offer price to our offer. We agreed to pay 100% of their offer put it in writing and the scamming used car wannabe listing agent countered asking for another half million. Poor and extremely unethical, DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!
